I absolutely adore this Kitchen/dining room, which goes with the post I done a few days ago (You can see the sinks to the left). The wooden pigeon hole unit at the back is one like I seen at Oatlands, here in Tasmania at an old (empty!) merchants...I wonder what they are doing with that? It would look awesome in our shop. I love everything in this space, and wouldn't change a thing...it is so inviting. Cup of tea anyone??
Ness xx
White please, no sugar.
ReplyDeleteAre you talking about the old Buttons antique store in Oatlands? I love that building and wanted to buy it - such potential, such a lovely old treasure..

Ness, I love that "pigeon hole "unit . I want it.Perfect.!!!
ReplyDeleteOatlands sounds like very interesting place.
It is a great place Viera. If you are ever in Tas, a must in Oatlands in Provincal Interiors at Winton Cottage. They also have a chic flower shop inside called 'Fresh'. Michelle, I don't know the name of it, but it probably is. I am sure it is the only place along the main road with a unit like that...do you know what they are doing with it? Ness xx
ReplyDeleteBTW Michelle. I will have your tea waiting...xx
ReplyDeleteThat has got to be *the best* kitchen i have seen! If i ever win lotto i am heading straight to your blog to give my builder all these ideas!! Mel xxx
ReplyDeleteMaybe we can team up...that would be fantastic. Ness xx
ReplyDeleteLove the pigeon hole idea - you must chase that up Ness.
ReplyDeleteVicki, I am trying to convince my Husband, Mic, to go there on Sunday for 'a drive'!! Then I will spring it on him...if you are reading this Mic, that's Sundays plan. xx
ReplyDeleteI agree with Melroseplace, that is truly one of the best kitchens I have ever seen! I'm smitten!
ReplyDeleteAnna :)
I'm not sure what's happening with that old shop. It was for sale on the web and now I guess it's been sold - a real treasure though. I hope something good will come of it....
