...oh no, that's right, I was dreaming about that lovely weekend! In reality I will be washing, sewing, painting, and spending time removing building rubbish and garden waste from the yard to the skip that is in our driveway!!!
If you do happen to be doing any of the wonderful things above...
think of me...please!
Have a great weekend,

Oh, removing rubbish can be fun. Really. Do your best to enjoy it all.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to meet you over there at that cafe for a coffee, or say a kir :)
ReplyDeleteSometimes we all have weekends like that Ness. I've got a writing deadline on Monday so I'll be at my desk with my fingers glued to the keyboard. I hope you find a little bit of time out between the washing, sewing & painting to just sit & enjoy your beautiful french doors. Lee :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck with it all - at the end of the weekend you will be able to sit back and see everything you have achieved!
ReplyDeleteTake care

I was secretly jealous of the weekend you were describing! If it's any consoluation, I'll be having the same sort of weekend as you - working around the house on the endless projects, but it always feel so good when you see the fruits of your hard work, isn't it?

Is it me, or does that fabulous photo of the clothes pins make you want a clothes line in your yard???
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely weekend Ness~

sounds like a busy weekend coming up. I love the weekend everything has a different rythym. Carla
ReplyDeleteHa! I was just going to be very, very jealous. I think your dream weekend and mine sound very similar.
ReplyDeleteWe're supposed to be getting a freak snowstorm, but assuming it's not too bad we'll be driving 4 hours south to Dallas to go shopping and see a concert. If we go, and have fun, I'll think of you :).
Wow, I was just thinking Tasmania has such a french vibe! I just received your package and I am so floored that you sent it to me all the way from Tasmania!!! And at such great personal expense. I cannot thank you enough. It was a joy to open it and i love each and every item. I am flitting about the house trying to figure out where to put everything and I can't stop repeating 'I can't believe I won and I can't believe someone in Australia sent this to me!' Thank you for your sweet note too. I hope you have a lovely weekend and thank you again!!!
ReplyDeleteA perfect weekend, Ness.

Oh, I could just smell those tulips. You'll feel so good once you get the clean-up and housework done. But don't forget to take some time with the ones you love!
