Long Awaited...

Finally after months of waiting, our kitchen handles will be going on our doors this weekend. It felt like ages ago now that I painted the doors white and I have had the handles in a box in the pantry waiting for just as long. We have just been so busy lately that time has just slipped away from us. Here are the handles I have chosen...
Brushed Nickle Mortise knobs for the doors...

and Brushed Nickle bin pull handles for the drawers. Once they are one I will be sure to show you the finished (finally) product.

It will never be a gorgeous farm house kitchen, but it will do!
I hope you have a wonderful weekend and that you get to finish one of your long awaited projects =0)

  5. The handles are great. I like the simple, nostalgic form very much. There are so many on market, but hard to find beautiful handles.

    Your choice is excellent!!!

  6. Hi Ness,
Your bin pulls and knobs are classy, classic and dateless. You will love them when you get them on, I'm sure. Brushed nickel, can't go wrong. In our old kitchen, we had cheap horrible ones and eventually when opening a cupboard they would fall off in your hand - not a good look to say the least. Enjoy your weekend.
    Take care

  8. Gorgeous knobs and handles. Love that look. You won't know yourself when you are able to open the door with a real handle rather than prizing it open with your fingernails! Been there, done that!

  18. yes the final touch is always the crown on your work.
Always the small things that make,s something special, but that are also the things that take sometimes the most time.
I know, my kitchen is also waiting for the final things.
I think your knobs will look very
    nice.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one that takes ages, and ages to finish the simplist part of a project.
