While the Autumn sunshine was pouring in our living room, I photographed some of the new collection for Marley & Lockyer.
It is based around vintage linens, vintage cottons and old fashioned printing techniques.
I love this as it gives each cover a unique look and something real about it, not mass produced at all
just like the good old days.
Even the hand mixed inks aren't perfect =0)
I do love this shot.
As the sunshine started to dim, everything still looked lovely.
Even our white linens and towels.
It is pouring rain right now at 9:22pm and we are toasty by the fire after a glorious day in the sun.
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.

Gosh, it all looks so gorgeous, Ness. I'd KILL for some of your divine linens.
ReplyDeleteAnd hey! What's that I see up at the tippy top there? Why, it's my grab button! Thank you, friend! XOXO
Anne
They are beautiful Ness, the ink looks so soft and pretty and that last pic is a gorgeous capture.
ReplyDeleteYou do such exquisite work Ness. You have a very smart, creative eye. You actually could be working for someone like Tracy Porter. When she was still in Wisconsin I meet her in her early days in Princeton, Wisc. where she lived and had a shop and a studio making all her wares. Something to think about. :)
ReplyDeleteBest to you and have a great week!
Karen
