Display day....

Displays and things to display in have been on my mind lately.
I am always rearranging in our home as I grow tired of the same things in the same places.
I actually have a little board on pinterest which is dedicated to display!
This year I am on a mission.
*to find new/old pieces to make new displays at home
and
*make a totally new display for my market stalls
Let me tell you, I am finding ideas in the strangest of places!

Images like this and those found in some of my recipe books have got my attention and thoughts racing.
My little sketch pad that I dedicated to this quest, has now turned into a full sized art pad!
Even items in my cupboards, linen press and childrens toy boxes have thoughts going.

This image in particular has my interest.
I love that sheet music and the ribbon with the paper box
...or maybe it's the cookies and a cup of tea I am thinking of!

This wall is amazing.
I thought of something totally unrelated for the stalls from this....go figure.

I do know the stall will look different to how you seen it last year
to go with a lot of new items that have popped up in my store and design books and my new packaging.
Watch this space.....
Have a great weekend, won't you?
