The Fate Of Our Clawfoot Bath......

Thank you all for your supportive comments on our bathroom renovation.
They have done more that give support
....YOU SAVED THE CLAW FOOT!!!!

(our clawfoot after the mini makeover last year)
Yup,
that's right,
you saved Mic from installing a modern type acrylic bath, with surround etc
He read your comments about keeping the clawfoot,
rung me and said
"You win".
At first I had no idea what he was on about,
but then mentioned that he had just read the comments of yesterdays post,
to see your comments rooting for our old bath.
YAY!!!!
I am so, SO happy to be keeping it.
A modern bath just does not go with the period of our house
...and I would hate to let The Old Lady down and,
The Old Lady and I thank you =0)

Where does that leave us now you may ask?
Well this weekend, the renovation is in full swing again.
More plasterboard to go up,
water proofing to be done and hopefully some actual plaster.
Stay tuned.

    1. If we were getting rid of it, I was thinking of doing just that instead of selling it...couldnt part with it. I was hoping it wouldnt get to that though...very sad
